CASH, a KBD, has been injured.

One of the KBDs sustained serious knee injuries while working in the field with his handler Rich Beausoleil. You can read more about Cash's accident here.

The surgery to repair his knee went well and he is now recovering.  It is an expensive event at more than $4,000.  He will likely need to have a similar surgery on his other knee that was also injured.
